Summary:
FL (Tan Ling Yin) is a famous writer. Her pen name is Miao Miao Shen. In all FL’s books, the main male character is called Tang Fei Long. ML (Tang Tian Yuan) hated FL and her books because of the similarity of Tang Fei Long and Tang Tian Yuan. Both are scholar, came from elite family and passed the imperial examination as “Tang Lang”. FL’s book is about Tang Fei Long’s erotic adventures.
ML asked to be posted to Dong Lin. His real intention was to meet with FL. The Emperor assigned ML, an important mission to Dong Lin. ML went to see FL but got rejected in front of her house. ML took over as the local magistrate of Dong Lin Town. ML created a difficult exam to select his Secretary. FL passed the exam. When ML saw FL, he rejected her outright. ML suspected Tan Qing Chen is the Empress’s brother. The Emperor and the Empress secretly came to see Tan Qing Chen. The Empress reunited with her brother.
ML’s mother came to visit ML. Madam Tang objected ML to marry FL. Madam Tang got schemed and reluctantly agreed ML to marry FL.
ML and FL solved a major case of lost gold. Tan Qing Chen asked his sister to upgrade FL’s status to match ML. The Emperor gave FL a “Jun Zhu” title.
